I think they’ve gone out of business and I’m sad! We’ve used their pet CBD for our cat rescue – it ABSOLUTELY works, and all you need is 1 – 3 drops for a cat. Some other brands you have to give 1ml and the cost is WAY too much. Their pet CBD was inexpensive in my opinion – wish they charged more so they could have stayed in business. I have texted, emailed (bounced) and sent a FB message. No response. I’m bummed.

Absolute scam and waste of money. Placed an order in Feb 2023, didn’t receive the parcel after 6 weeks. I reached out to their customer service email and got no response, Facebook messages and no response, Instagram messages and no response. Owner refuses to respond either. Report has been submitted to the BBB and the FTC about this company’s scam. Do not ever buy online from this company
The same thing happened to us, I wonder if they went out of business. It’s been two months and zero response after leaving messages and calling repeatedly. Using their contact form on their website doesn’t get a response either. Emails are unanswered, they took the money and refuse to respond.
They’re overall amazing. From the product to the people. I’ll never buy CBD anywhere else. They are trusted! They also handle returns, exchanges, and any kind of shipping issues very professionally and quick! I messed up my order twice and they fixed it no problem immediately! Love and appreciate this company!
ThoughtCloud’s products are good quality. However, they treat their low income customers very poorly, to the point that I now consider them unethical. If you’re rich, go for it. If you’re low income don’t even bother applying for their program, just buy your CBD elsewhere. Shame that their good products are ruined by their awful customer service and policies.
Best cbd oil on the market 100% pure and helpful. Never tried a cbd oil as efficient and strong without harmful additives as this one!
Great product and very high quality ingredients. I’ve tried plenty of other CBD products and have found a line I feel not only works for me but also the ingredients you can trust are the highest quality.
I had been trying to obtain samples of Thought Cloud CBN and CBG, and you have to pay first a very nominal fee which I did. They are having problems obtaining the sample size bottles. They ended up honoring my order by sending me two full size bottles for what I paid for the samples and by priority mail. That’s great customer service. 1ST time user, 1st bottle review. Did some research and went with Thought Cloud Full Spectrum, Happy I did! First off the Customer Service is Excellent!! Shoulder pain is much less, Sleeping better everyday, I feel more calm and don’t get so excited when things are troubling. Helping my wife with Her Terrible Migraines! She also likes the Full Spectrum CBD Facial Serum. Over all we just Fell Better! Going to try the Sleep/Pain formula and Balm next.

I have been taking the drops for the last 8 months (900 mg of CBD) and it has really helped me with my social anxiety. I take a couple drops a day and when I feel my anxiety really coming on Ill take a couple extra drops. Usually helps ease the crippling effect and allows my to go out of the house.
Their Ozonated CBD Topical Skin Issue Resolver also helped my girlfriend with her eczema, she tried many products that the doctor recommended but they only helped for about a week or so. This cream has pretty much cleared it up on her hands, it has not cured it but has stop the flare ups by at least 70%. Really is amazing stuff!
I use Thoughtcloud CBN coupled with Lazarus CBD capsules (with added myrcene) for insomnia. The combo works well for me and my sleep is vastly improved. The TC CBN has a nice peppery flavor. Highly recommended.
I was excited to try thoughtcloud CBD after hearing great reviews. I ordered my vape kit over a week ago and it still has not shipped. I reached out yesterday about this issue and still could not get an estimated shipping time. Makes it hard to stay excited… I leave in a week for the holidays and was hoping to get some CBD to relieve my holiday travel anxiety…. but I sadly doubt that will happen. Just wanted to share that because it does not feel good to pay so much money for a product and feel almost forgotten about. I still do believe CBD can provide great benefits!!!!
I have been using the CBD/CBN product to help me sleep and it is amazing. I wasn’t getting more than 3-4 hours of sleep each night for a couple of months (stress…) and I bought this product and slept straight through the first night for 7 hours AND I had dreams! Hi, for the longest I’ve been looking for something more natural for my anxiety/depression and OCD. I’ve used a lot of CBD products over the past 5 or so years but nothing that comes even close to how effective Thoughtcloud CBD is. I was looking for a source to supplement my CBD regimen and wanted to save some money by refilling my vape pen instead of buying prefilled carts or disposable pens. I currently take 50mg daily of the Thoughtcl0ud Full Spectrum CBD in whole plant oil. It has helped me tremendously with my arthritis and tendonitis pain.
I was dubious at first..”cheesecake” flavor?? but I know that Thoughtcl0ud has full spectrum products and a lot of other CBD vape oils are isolates which doesn’t give you the entourage effect. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste and smoothness of this vape oil. I am using it in a KINDPEN Slim Oil Premium. This is an adjustable voltage pen(2.4v,2.8v,3.4v)
and it works fine at the medium setting. This oil does not have the VG/PG additives like others, so don’t expect huge clouds of vapor. A great product from Thoughtcl0ud..I’m really glad I decided to try it. Highly recommended : = )
I’ve tried several different cbd oils, some with hemp oil and some with MCT (coconut oil). I have suffered from anxiety and depression since I was 15 going on and off pharmaceutical drugs for 8 years.
I started using the Full Spectrum oil with hemp from ThoughtCloud. The first couple days I didn’t notice any difference. However I decided to keep taking it. Within a week of consistently taking the cbd oil I started feeling like I could take on more tasks at work, without any worries and little to no anxiety. So I am convinced.
I then decided to try the bath bombs, the pain balm and the high pain oils. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
ThoughtCloud VAPE LIQUID is not worth your time. It’s greasy on the mouth from vaping, has a background taste that I don’t care for. I purchased Waffles – which was ok but mild in flavor interrupted by the MCT flavor works better as a sublingual and Orange Creamsicle which nearly had no flavor at all except a slightly bitter one. I actually like vaping fractionated MCT so I was excited to try this product, but I would not recommend this to anyone.
