This is common for CBD purchases online. US banks and payment processors do not allow CBD products so the CBD companies have to use foreign payment processing solutions. The fee is charged by the credit card companies and banks, not the CBD companies.
Your proof of government assistance should work. It would be best for you to contact the company directly and explain your situation. They should then be able to tell you exactly what they would need to validate your eligibility for their assistance program.
Most people add flavored extract to the bottle itself. If you do, just be sure to take that into account when dosing.
I believe the methodology is predicated on an assumption that you’ll see some benefit during the microdosing phase even though the full effect may not be realized for a few weeks. It’s true that you may have to try a few products before finding the one that is most effective for you. Most people take their optimal serving size once in the morning and then may take another later in the day based on how they are feeling. Experimentation is key to find what works best for you.
The issue with just drinking the drops is that it lowers the bioavailability. By placing the drops under your tongue and holding them there for 30-60 seconds, they will absorb sublingually directly into your bloodstream. By swallowing them, they have to go through the digestive system where the oil gets broken down and less gets into your bloodstream. So you’ll have to use more if you swallow them to get the same effect.
As part of this method, you would add together the number of drops for the day and that would be your daily dose for the next day. So if you took 1 drop every 45 minutes and it took 6 drops to feel a difference, then you would plan on taking 6 drops as a starting serving size the next day. At that point, you would titrate up and/or take another serving only as needed. Experimentation is key since it is so individualized.

Sure no problem. Vaping CBD oil is really no different that “normal” vaping. There are numerous ‘how to vape’ articles that you can find online through a Google search. Or better yet, you can visit a local vape shop and have them walk you through it personally. They will also be able to recommend a vape pen or mod that might be best for you. Here’s an article that you may also find useful: http://herb.co/2017/04/04/vape-cbd/. Good luck and if you have other questions, don’t hesitate to post in the Facebook group because I’m sure others have the same questions.
